   Please be advised that Distro.Lisssen is not a distribution company, but rather an online marketing agency that offers music artists the opportunity to share their music on our platform, which includes consulting and support services, for an annual fee. The annual fee covers our overhead costs for providing these services.
   
   Artists can choose to terminate their use of the platform whenever they want and they keep all of the music rights.
   
   
2. Account Creation: In order to use our services, you must create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and for all activities that occur under your account.
   
   
3. Music Distribution: By using our services, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to distribute the music you upload to our platform. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from any violation of this representation and warranty.
   
   
4. Fees: To become a member of our platform, music artists are required to pay a yearly subscription fee of 99 TND. We are committed to supporting our artists and ensuring they receive 100% of the royalties generated from their music. However, any fees incurred from payment processors during the withdrawal process will be the sole responsibility of the artist.
   
   
5. Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that we own all intellectual property rights in our website and services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents. You agree not to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
   
   
6. User Conduct: You agree to use our website and services in a lawful manner and not to engage in any activity that violates these terms of use, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or engaging in illegal activities.
